In order to register online you must provide payment using a credit/debit card, or be able to provide us with a Purchase Order number in order to be sent an invoice. Please note for an invoice to be issued the following criteria must be met:

  1. You must be a UK resident
  2. You must have a purchase order number
  3. The invoice must be requested before 15th May 2009. No invoices can be issued after this date.

Group Registration

If five or more delegates from the same department register for the conference at the same time, a discount of 10% will apply to registration fees. Group registrations can not be made via the website. Please click on the link below to receive the registration form by email, fax or mail.

Help With Registration

Our registration helpline number is +44 (0) 1332 285594. Our office is manned from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 until 17:30, UK time. Outside of these hours, or if all of our lines are busy, you may leave a message on the answer machine. We will endeavour to return calls left on our answer machine within a 24-hour period, Monday to Friday.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration a refund of the registration fee and social event tickets will be made, less 15% for administration costs, provided written confirmation of cancellation is received by UKRC Registrations, c/o Zibrant, 2 Prospect Place, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8HG, UK before Monday 4th May 2009. Thereafter, no refunds can be made.
